Bio

Halli is a 2022 graduate of the Pastry Arts Diploma Program at the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute (ICASI). Since completing her formal training, she has continued to contribute to the culinary community as a dedicated instructor in both the professional and recreational programs at ICASI, where she shares her passion for pastry arts with aspiring chefs and enthusiastic home bakers alike.

Prior to her current role, Halli served as the pastry chef for the renowned restaurant at the Chautauqua Resort in New York State, where she was responsible for crafting desserts. She has experience as a private caterer, specializing in custom desserts and pastry offerings for private events and special occasions. Halli’s diverse background and commitment to excellence continue to inspire her students and elevate the culinary programs at ICASI.
